giella-core software package provides GTCORE files for building Giellatekno language packages, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install giella-core
giella-core is installed in your system.
Make ensure the giella-core package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep giella-core *
You will get with giella-core package name, version, architecture and description in a table
